Job description

Business partner with sales and trade marketing function, providing financial support on spending tracking, financial planning, budget control

Business partner with Accounting team help to do PO matching.

Ensure accounting entries and accruals posting are properly recorded and accurate

Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and dashboards (sales, trade spend)

Support budgeting and forecasting processes for sales and marketing functions

Coordinate data collection from internal stakeholders and ensure accuracy

Track and monitor trade promotions and commercial investments

Assist in monthly closing activities and variance analysis (actual vs. budget)

Prepare presentations and summaries for internal commercial reviews

Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks as requested by Commercial Finance manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

3-4 years of experience in a finance or commercial support role

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus

Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English (written and spoken)
