Job summary

A leading electronics firm based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate for an accounts receivable role. The responsibilities include resolving customer queries, managing accounts receivables, and analyzing collections. The ideal candidate has a minimum SPM or Diploma in Accountancy and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong skills in communication and Microsoft Excel are preferred. WHAT TO EXPECT?
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate when necessary
  • Review checks and expense vouchers in detail
  • Manage and administer accounts receivable functions, including customer web portal
  • Continuously review and improve accounts receivables procedures; support ad-hoc projects
  • Maintain and update accounts receivables training manuals with proper document control
  • Handle daily accounts receivablesoperations and prepare monthly accounts receivablesreports for management
  • Analyze collections vs. plan and provide monthly analysis reports
  • Calculate local NCH commissions
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required
WHAT YOU BRING?
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Meticulous, analytical, able to multitask
  • Positive attitude, works independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to utilize limited resources effectively
