Job summary

A local accounting firm in Klang City is seeking an experienced accountant to handle a full set of accounts, generate financial reports, and monitor cash flow. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities also include enforcing accounting policies and maintaining accurate financial records. Good communication and advanced MS Office skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

Job description
  • Handle a full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL) and generate relevant financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and Company's cash flow.
  • Enforce proper accounting methods and policies.
  • Provide recommendations for overall policies & procedures improvement.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate system entry and updates for any financial related transactions.
  • Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial and Company documents.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement:-

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification.
  • Possess of at least 3 years of working experience in relative position.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure
  • Capability to use certain systems or software which is Navision System etc.
  • Knowledge in a full set of accounts is an advantage.
