The role of the Finance Manager will lead the Finance Service Centre, overseeing the delivery of financial services to internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward‑thinking professional to join and lead a dynamic team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Description:
Operational Leadership
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Finance Service Centre, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  • Develop/enhance and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service delivery
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement best practices in financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and enhance service quality
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring their financial service needs are met effectively
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial reporting and compliance initiatives
Financial Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, supporting management decision‑making
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial deliverables
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial policies
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard financial integrity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or any equivalent) is desired, but not a must
  • Minimum 9 years of working experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of growing, developing and leading a large team
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse background
  • Solid understanding of financial regulation and compliance requirements
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience is desired, but not a must
