Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for organization? We are looking for a motivated Financial Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of key monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow reports.
  • Cost & Inventory Management: Help monitor and analyze costing and inventory operations. Prepare regular inventory reports, conduct cost analyses, and participate in stock count activities.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of financial data by checking and maintaining records within our ERP system.
  • Document Management: Organize and archive financial documents and cost data efficiently for easy retrieval and auditing.
  • Collaborative Support: Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Manager or Director to support the wider team goals.
Who We Are Looking For

A graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is required. (Mandarin is essential for communicating with our Mandarin-speaking clients).

Strong computer skills, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

A highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
