Responsibilities
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes (3‑way matching).
  • Process staff expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for AP transactions and reimbursement claims.
  • Assist in managing the fixed asset register, including asset capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
  • Perform periodic fixed asset verification and reconciliation.
  • Support month‑end closing activities related to AP, reimbursements, and fixed assets.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Assist in audit preparations by providing required documents and schedules.
  • Perform other finance or accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, reimbursements, or fixed asset accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with AP processes, expense claims, and fixed asset management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
