This Finance Analyst - Costing role focuses on providing accurate financial analysis and reporting within manufacturing sector. The position requires expertise in costing, financial planning, and data interpretation to support the accounting and finance department.

Description

• Conduct product costing and pricing for new products and periodically review costs for existing products across both RP and Flexible business divisions.
• Deliver product and segment analysis covering pricing, mix, cost, and other key drivers to support profitability initiatives.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including detailed production cost analysis, cost of sales review, inventory valuation testing, standard cost setting, and variance analysis.
• Recommend strategies to reduce expenses, boost revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor execution of financial plans to drive business growth, perform risk assessments, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Apply analytical expertise to support monthly rolling forecasts and the budgeting process for operations.

Profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
• Possess hands‑on experience in product costing, product pricing and revenue/cost analysis
• Familiarity with accounting standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
