A leading pet care company located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance operations. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with closures, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related fields, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to communicate with diverse clients. Strong critical thinking and communication skills are required. Immediate joining preference will be given.

The Finance Executive plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the company. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with monthly closings, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Responsible for day‑to‑day finance and accounts, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Ensures all account functions are completed according to SOP and regulatory requirements (inventory, fixed assets management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, claims, bank reconciliation, BA / FCTL documents for financing, tax submission, monthly instalment for the group, etc.).
Maintains the full set of accounts on time according to department SOP.
Prepares accounts with audit schedule, liaises with auditors as required.
Monitors and manages daily cash flow and monthly operating cash flow of the group.
Prepares monthly account management report with financial ratios within the deadline.
Conducts stock counts quarterly and at year‑end, audits subsidiaries as required by the HOD.
Prepares correspondence letters with bank, auditor, income tax, customs, bank application forms, TT forms and any other forms for daily operations; proposes improvements to department process flow.
Handles ad‑hoc assignments and any issues that may arise as requested by management.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or a Partial Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent.
Minimum 2‑4 years of working experience in the related field.
Immediate joining is an advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
