Job description

Install, configure, test, and commission equipment according to company standards and customer requirements.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and provide effective, timely repairs.

Document service work, equipment status, parts usage, and customer interactions in service reports.

Provide technical guidance and support to customers on equipment operation and preventive maintenance.

Communicate with customers timely and professionally and provide technical resolution efficiently.

Guide customers on best practices for equipment use and care.

Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Sales) to resolve complex issues.

Adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Travel to customer sites within assigned territory; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Required:

Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is preferred.

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role.

Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.

Strong technical and analytical skills.

Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
