Offset Printing Machine Installation & Setup

Unpacking, installation, and trial run adjustment of newly introduced machines

Supporting initial settings to optimize print quality and performance

Preventive Maintenance

Performing regular maintenance tasks

Replacing consumable parts and checking overall machine condition

Responding to machine issues at client sites

Diagnosing causes of failure, performing repairs, and replacing parts

Providing flexible support, including urgent call-outs

Technical Guidance & Training for Clients

Instructing operators and technicians on how to use the equipment

Explaining maintenance procedures and operational precautions

Collaboration with Sales Department / Technical Support

Providing technical support during new customer proposals

Giving technical feedback based on client requests

Coordination with Overseas Teams & Headquarters

Communicating with teams in Japan and other countries to share the latest information and technical updates

Preparing reports and handling inquiries in English or Japanese

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a field engineer in the printing industry or other relevant industries (e.g., food packaging, semiconductors, etc.).

Experience as an offset printing machine operator is an advantage.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Available to work on Saturdays during emergency situations.

Flexible with domestic and international business travel.
