A leading engineering company is seeking a candidate in Kuala Lumpur for a role focused on providing technical training and support to technicians. Responsibilities include assessing lift conditions, managing maintenance schedules, and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication. A minimum of five years in the lift industry and a degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering is required for this role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
To provide technical training and supervision to technician
Train, develop and assess field employees to meet the technician certification and requirement
To support SLs to troubleshoot technical problem
Perform assessment on lift & escalator condition to improve on business related area
Prepare maintenance schedule, call back, breakdown and mantrap reports
Response to customers’ complain, request and visit customer to enhance customer relationship
Support in technical report writing for chargeable work order
Manage and report CPSI schedule and completion by inspector
Manage and report FI, LPCA and etc
Manage and support in JKKP and Fire Dept. inspection
Support supervisor and technician on service & callback issue
Oversees team of Supervisors and Technicians and building teamwork through involvement, communication and motivation

Minimum Degree in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic.
5 years working experience in lift industry or other Engineering company.
