Principal Accountabilities:

Deliver top-notch customer service in line with Club 21 standards.

Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Exhibit a strong sense of fashion and a deep knowledge of our product range.

Assist with the overall store presentation, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Support inventory control and handle additional tasks as required.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.

Prior experience in luxury fashion retail is a plus.

Approachable, sales-oriented, and a team player.

Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
