Reporting to the Operations Director, this full-time Farm Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to join the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in Segamat, Johor. As the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the farm's day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and sustainable management of the agricultural assets.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive farm management strategies to optimise productivity, profitability and environmental sustainability

Overseeing all farming activities, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance

Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Recruiting, training and managing a team of farm workers to ensure high standards of work and safety

Liaising with suppliers, customers and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Developing and maintaining detailed records and reports on all farm operations

Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in farm management or a similar role within the agricultural sector

Strong working knowledge of modern farming techniques, equipment and technologies

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
