We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our carpentry production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that production schedules are achieved, quality standards are consistently met, and overall factory efficiency is continuously improved. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and understanding of carpentry or manufacturing processes. The Factory Manager plays a key role in maintaining a safe, productive, and profitable factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Lead and manage all day-to-day factory activities to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Ensure all products meet established quality standards and that the factory complies with safety regulations and workplace policies.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with procurement, design, and other departments to optimize processes and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Oversee machine and equipment performance; ensure regular maintenance.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, materials usage, operational issues, and improvement activities; prepare regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a carpentry or manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skill in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and other basic software.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, factory operations, and workflow optimization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, make sound decisions and meet tight deadlines.
