A leading agricultural company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced plant operations manager. The role requires overseeing production, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing various certifications. Candidates must have a Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the palm oil industry. Key responsibilities include leading plant departments and training staff to maintain operational efficiency. A strong background in safety management and government liaison is essential for this role.
Ensure plants operation and production in most efficient and effectives.
Liase with all HOD and key staff at plants to ensure the above tasks achieved. Incharge on overall production department operation.
Incharge on all certification, implementation and updating the certification. (ISCC, Kosher/Halal, GMP)
Compliances with all law and regulations requirement such as DOSH, DOE, MPOB related to plants operation.
To lead HOD (Production, Boiler, Tank Farm, Lab, Physical Refinery, SEP, Security) and ensure supervision of the plants in control and order.
To ensure the plants feed materials, boiler fuels, chemicals, engineering stocks, oil and lubricants for the countinous running of the operation of the plants.
To ensure the Safety procedures been implemented in all plants activities.
To carry out training to all workers to ensure the competency of each of the staff.
To ensure plants cost and control in efficience maner and minimize the wasteges..
To prepare and submit monthly progress report.
