Job description

Research, plan, organize, review and control of all production activities and factory operational functions such as production, budgeting, quality, warehouse & logistics,

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and equipment reliability to minimize downtime and improve line productivity.

Ensure all quality standards, specifications and policies are met or exceeded, drive continuous process / manufacturing improvements and collaborate with Research and Development in product development and implementation

Analyze production data and prepare relevant reports for senior management

2. Quality and compliance

Liaise with Government Authorities, local administration & other external agencies for statutory compliance of the unit.

Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA, HALAL, & ISO 22000).

Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols throughout the factory.

3. Manpower planning and management

Identify optimum manpower needs that adheres to department budget as well as ensure full production capacity

Develop, motivate and train the team of foreign workers and local operators to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.

Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing levels effectively
