Job Description

• Manage and maintain facility systems to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage and maintain fire fighting systems and coordinate safety drills.
• Supervise DI water plant operations and maintenance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability improvements.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to facility maintenance and projects.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of facility activities and equipment performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years experience in utilities and facility management within FMCG or process manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, fire fighting systems, DI water treatment, compressors, HVAC systems, and electrical substations.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution for utility systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to utilities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
