As the team continues to grow, they are looking for experienced individuals to help elevate operations and support rapid expansion.

About the job
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all F&B facilities.
  • Responsible for setting up processes, procedures, SOPs, and using the right tools to monitor and manage performance.
  • Ensure that all facilities comply with industry standards for F&B operations.
  • Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs for critical kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Build rapport and coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure service quality.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, local health codes, and environmental guidelines.
  • Ensure that all kitchen and operational equipment is regularly maintained to minimize downtime.
  • Strategize and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of F&B operations (waste management, energy conservation, and water usage).
Skills and Experience Required
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Certifications in energy management or sustainability (e.g., LEED).
  • Proven track record in managing facilities in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of F&B-specific facilities, including kitchen equipment, refrigeration, commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with Lark is preferred.
  • Willing and experienced in working across multiple locations.
  • Experience in managing large teams and subordinates is essential.
  • A background in F&B is an added advantage.
  • Driven, ambitious, and assertive character.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
