Qualifications

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role overseeing commercial office buildings.
• Ability to supervise maintenance operations and monitor utility consumption.
• Familiar with local building codes, M&E systems, and fire safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property ensuring safety and maintenance.
• Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and propose energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including safety codes.

Skills

Proficient in both written and spoken English
