Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and operations of refrigeration systems, facilities, and ASRS equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely repairs and upgrades.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PSM/RMP, OSHA regulations, IIAR standards, and food safety compliance.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and control system schematics.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in reporting and budgeting.
