Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, SPM and recognized trade qualification.
• Experience in handyman or building services will be an advantage.
• Possess competency in mechanical/electrical/building services qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of plant and equipment as per requirements.
• Liaise with and supervise Property Maintenance Electrical Contractors.
