Qualifications

• At least 5 years working experience in metal fabrication with 3 years in supervisor level.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Allocate welders and fitters according to skill level and job priority.
• Monitor daily attendance, discipline, and performance of each worker.
• Give clear work instructions and ensure continuous productivity.
• Ensure all materials, sub-parts, jigs, and tools are ready before work starts.
• Coordinate with store/production planning to avoid material shortages.
• Make sure fitters check fit-up, dimensions, and alignment before welding.
• Monitor job progress and resolve daily production bottlenecks.
