Supervise and coordinate banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth event operations.
Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage service.
Work closely with the banquet manager, kitchen, and event organizers to meet guest expectations.
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance in all banquet functions.
Requirements:
