Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and manage projects involving Mandarin-speaking teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve project‑related issues proactively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including restaurant managers, suppliers, and contractors, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues or delays in a timely manner.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices and standards within the organization.
