1) Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and smooth workflow.
2) Lead, motivate, and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service while upholding brand standards.
3) Monitor manpower planning, staff performance, conduct coaching sessions, and support ongoing training initiatives.
4) Manage cash handling, stock control, and daily sales reporting.
5) Ensure strict compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
6) Address guest inquiries, feedback, and service issues promptly and professionally.
1) Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or team lead role.
2) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
3) Hands-on, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
4) Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
5) Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
1) Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow and outstanding guest satisfaction.
2) Lead, mentor, and coach frontline staff to maintain high service standards and product quality.
3) Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure sufficient manpower and a positive team culture.
4) Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, and support cost-control measures to achieve operational.
5) Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution to enhance the dining experience.
6) Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety regulations, and company SOPs.
7) Assist in driving sales, implementing promotional activities, and improving operational efficiency.
1) Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field (preferred).
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, including supervisory or team lead experience.
3) Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4) Highly adaptable, action-oriented, and consistently composed when handling challenging or time-sensitive tasks.
5) Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
