Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driving or motorcycle license (D/B/B2).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in dispatch, mail delivery, or courier services.
• Physically fit and able to perform delivery rounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform external same-day deliveries to departments within and outside campus.
• Record and maintain all delivery logs for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Notify the Mailroom Supervisor of any delivery issues, delays, or returned items.
