Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Export Sales Manager to grow our PVC food cling film business across international markets. You will be responsible for export sales strategies, manage key distributors and customer accounts, drive revenue through new market development, and lead a sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow professionally in the food-related flexible packaging industry. We provide a platform for the candidate to execute strategic planning, exercise team leadership, and exposure in a fast-moving international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across key international markets.

Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and direct customers.

Lead and mentor the export sales team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, pricing trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote the company’s PVC cling film products.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and logistics coordination.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and deliver excellent customer support.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies and profit margins.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of B2B international sales experience, preferably working with food packaging distributors, food processors, HORECA market, or modern retail buyers.

Proven 3 years leadership experience managing and leading a sales team.

Background in PVC cling film products or food-related flexible packaging, and export market experience is highly preferred.

Familiarity with trade compliance, Incoterms, and international logistics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to travel internationally as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

While proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must, multilingual ability is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
