We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Export Manager to lead our growth in the pet category across Asian countries. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in key account management and will be value added if with exposure to B2B channels.
Prior experience in FMCG product category will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Business & Commercial Management
- Manage and grow assigned export markets, delivering revenue and profitability in line with the Company’s Operating Budget.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels.
- Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets for assigned markets.
- Serve as the main contact for distributors and key partners in assigned markets.
- Build and manage strong distributor relationships aligned with company and brand objectives.
- Drive in-market execution, including distribution, promotions, and brand development.
2. Partner & Distributor Management
- Serve as the main contact for distributors and key partners in assigned markets.
- Build and manage strong distributor relationships aligned with company and brand objectives.

3. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare market and competitive reports with clear action plans.
- Identify opportunities for new products, line extensions, and market entry.
4. Reporting & Management Support
- Present business performance and recommendations to mid and senior management.
- Submit accurate and timely weekly progress reports.
- Support management in evaluating business trends and growth initiatives.
5. Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute export operations in line with internal controls and quality standards.
Academic or trade qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Work experience and skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the FMCG, Consumer products is preferred.
- Track record of successfully applying consultative selling strategic business skills to achieve or exceed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to drive sales strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in key account management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
