Conveyancing Clerk – Developer Work (SPA, Loan, etc.)

Must be able to assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents including SPA and loan documentation for developer projects.

Knowledge of developer work is required, with the ability to liaise with developers, bankers, agents, government bodies and solicitors.

Responsible for maintaining and updating file status on the firm’s operating system and liaising with clients effectively.

Conveyancing Clerk – Sub-Sales (SPA, Loan, etc.)

Must be able to assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents including sub-sale and loan documentation.

Responsible for liaising with clients, bankers, agents, developer personnel, government bodies and solicitors.

Must be able to maintain and update file status on the operating system and ensure proper file management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Able to handle files independently and meet timelines.
  • Organised, proactive and responsible.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong file management and documentation skills.
