We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR System Support and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support related to our HR systems and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing timely support, and coordinating with the IT team to manage HR system projects effectively.

Key Accountabilities
Customer Understanding and Support
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to our HR systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
Client Communication and Issue Resolution
  • Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
Feedback and Documentation
  • Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and client requirements.
Requirements and Data Management
  • Clearly document all system requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
