Exhibition & Interior Designer (Urgent Hiring)

6 Degrees Design Sdn Bhd specializing in interior design, exhibition, and event activation, we transform ideas into immersive spaces that inspire and connect people.

We’re urgently seeking for creative Designer with 3D and AutoCAD skills to join our team and turn concepts into impressive spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create designs for exhibition stands, retail/commercial interiors and event activations based on client’s requirements.

Work closely with internal team to turn design briefs into effective design solutions that meets budget and deadlines.

Produce concept drawings, space planning, impressive 3D visuals, layout plans, detailed 2D CAD drawings and graphic briefs.

Prepare and manage all project documentation and technical drawings to support design execution.

Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and quality of project outcome.

Work on site to conduct inspections, coordination and supervision when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian citizens only, other nationality will not be considered.

Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.

Proficiency in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or relevant.

1–2 years of experience in interior, exhibition, or event design (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome!)

Usage and knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques is an added advantage.

Strong design sense, attention to detail, responsible, and proactive attitude.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (including weekends/public holidays, with replacement leave)

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
