A leading e-commerce company based in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Executive / Senior Executive to manage its online operations. You will maintain stock accuracy, coordinate with warehouses, and handle customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects effectively. Maintain accurate stock levels and system updates.
Coordinate with warehouses on deliveries, returns, and stock issues.
Perform monthly stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Activate and update product listings and monthly Sales Page.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer or content issues.
Coordinate product photoshoots according to launch timelines.
Manage marketplace campaigns and social commerce activities.
Update and optimise shop homepages, categories, and content via CMS.
Monitor site bugs, conduct testing, and propose platform improvements.
Perform competitor checks and support traffic growth with marketing teams.
Handle customer enquiries across email, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
Guide customers to purchase and ensure positive service experience.
Process orders, investigate payment issues, detect fraud, and manage refunds/returns.
Prepare monthly service reports on enquiries and order volumes.
