Job description

To support and manage SAP integration processes across various modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency within client digital ecosystem. Actively involves in technical-functional collaboration to maintain interface stability, resolve issues, and contribute to integration enhancements aligned with business and ICT strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Perform first and second-level support for integration-related issues involving SAP and non-SAP systems
2. Work closely with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, and infrastructure teams to manage and maintain existing integrations
3. Manage the resolution of interface errors or failures, including incomplete or incorrect data flow between systems.
4. Support the development and deployment of enhancements or new interfaces using various tools and 3rd-party middleware
5. Participate in integration-related components of SAP or enterprise projects, including new system implementation, upgrades, and cloud integrations.
6. Prepare and maintain JAD configuration document for each integration scenario and provides input to integration test case (SIT, UAT).
7. Responsible to manage 3rd party external vendor, if and when necessary
8. Support cutover activities, data migration exercises, and go-live planning from the integration perspective.
9. Ensure the teams deliver all the services according to the agreed terms and/or SLA

What We’re Looking For

Bac/ Dip in Computer Science/ Information Technologies/ Software Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar SAP technical role

Fresh Graduate or 1- 2 year experience in related fields
