About the role

We are seeking a driven Executive, Sales (Southern Region) to join the dynamic sales team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the growth of the company’s real‑estate developments. You will leverage your exceptional sales expertise and market knowledge to engage with prospective customers, close deals, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Actively prospect for and identify potential customers
  • Arrange and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Eco World’s property offerings
  • Negotiate and close sales with customers, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
  • Support the overall sales efforts of the Southern region team
