Manage and improve sales operations processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality certifications, and ISO standards
Support the sales team by coordinating with internal departments and supervising Customer Assistants
Prepare KPI updates, reports, and master price lists for management
Assist in chairing weekly sales operation meetings and documenting minutes
Train, coach, and guide Customer Assistants, and plan annual training schedules
Handle office administrative tasks, budgets, vendor contracts, and sample inventory
Participate in internal/external audits, exhibitions, and special projects
Any other tasks assigned to support the Sales Operations team
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
