What You’ll Do
  • Manage and improve sales operations processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality certifications, and ISO standards

  • Support the sales team by coordinating with internal departments and supervising Customer Assistants

  • Prepare KPI updates, reports, and master price lists for management

  • Assist in chairing weekly sales operation meetings and documenting minutes

  • Train, coach, and guide Customer Assistants, and plan annual training schedules

  • Handle office administrative tasks, budgets, vendor contracts, and sample inventory

  • Participate in internal/external audits, exhibitions, and special projects

  • Any other tasks assigned to support the Sales Operations team

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
