Responsibility

• Accountable for ensuring that all assigned tasks are attended to on a daily basis.
• Ensure all inquiries related to assigned delivery issues are properly addressed and closed in a timely manner, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all PETs created for assigned tasks are handled daily and closed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), as per SOPs.
• Maintain full adherence to the Recovery Department’s SOPs.
• Ensure full compliance with the 5S workplace organization standards.
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed of issues related to tagged orders.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the recovery system.
• Assist the Manager/Head with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as required.
