• Update outcomes of problematic delivery issues as received via email.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to all problematic delivery issues and ensure closure within the agreed SLA.
• Verify, analyse and tag problematic delivery issues accurately.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on problematic delivery matters.
• Ensure no pending PET issues are left unattended by end of day (EOD).
• Update outcomes of problematic delivery issues as received via email.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure full adherence to the Recovery Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain compliance with the 5S concept in daily operations.
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed of any issues related to tagged orders when necessary.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry into the recovery system.
• Assist the Manager/Head with any ad‑hoc projects, reports or analysis as required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
