Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Genting Highlands is seeking a Receiving Executive to assist with material planning activities. Responsibilities include ensuring goods meet specifications, handling receiving activities, and liaising with suppliers. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Receiving and Warehouse Material Planning activities.
• Ensure quantity and quality of goods received meet specifications.
• Handle inbound and outbound receiving activities.
• Analyze demand/forecast and order the correct level of stocks.
• Track the status of Purchase Requisition and Purchase order.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Follow up on Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers and relevant departments.
• Ensure good sanitary and safety practices in handling food items.
• Perform other duties as directed by Superior.
• Monitor compliance with policies relating to Receiving & Company.
• Prepare reports and updates as required.

Skills

Good communication skill and writing skill

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba

Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management

Competent in MS Excel

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Economics/Supply Chain/Logistics/Accounting or related field

Job Description of Receiving Executive

To assist in Receiving and Warehouse Material Planning activities.

• To ensure quantity and quality of goods received meet specification as per Purchase Order.
• Handling of inbound and outbound Receiving activities.
• To analyze demand/forecast and order the correct level of stocks to support user operation required capacity.
• To track the status of Purchase Requisition and Purchase order.
• To liaise with supplier on delivery schedules.
• To follow up on Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes with respective suppliers and other department personnel.
• To coordinate communication between suppliers and other relevant departments (Purchasing, End user and etc.)
• To ensure good sanitary and safety practice in handling food items.
• To perform other duties as and when directed by Superior.
• Monitor compliance of all policies and procedure relating to Receiving & Company
• To comply and conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management.
• To prepare the reports and updates as and when required.

Skills and Specifications Requirements

• Good communication skill and writing skill
• Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage
• Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage
• Competent in MS Excel
• Ability to work Independently and handle multiple projects
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
