Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) is seeking a committed individual to support and uphold its quality standards as we strengthen our academic excellence and global presence.
The Executive, Quality Assurance will play a vital role in supporting the university’s quality agenda, ensuring alignment with national regulatory requirements (MQA, MOHE), and contributing to international accreditation initiatives (AACSB, EQUIS, QS). This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, well-organized, and committed to driving quality within higher education.
Assist in preparing and submitting accreditation and compliance documents to MQA, MOHE, AACSB, and other regulatory bodies.
Compile and maintain quality-related data and reports for audits, self-assessments, and internal reviews (e.g., SAR, CQI reports).
Work closely with faculties and departments to ensure programmes meet internal policies and external standards.
Support internal audits, mock assessments, and institutional quality reviews.
Help review and update institutional policies, SOPs, and guidelines in line with current national and international standards.
Maintain accurate records related to AACSB metrics, faculty qualifications, and institutional KPIs.
Track AACSB standards, including Assurance of Learning (AoL) and faculty engagement.
Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and visits from external panels related to quality assurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the education sector, with a proven track record in quality assurance or academic administration.
Preferably with knowledge or exposure to international frameworks such as AACSB, EQUIS, and QS.
Familiarity with MQA standards and MOHE guidelines is essential.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
