  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property conditions, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Monitor tenancy activities including move-in, move-out, defect checks, and reinstatement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Communicate with property owner on updates, issues, recommendations, and resolutions.
  • Assist in leasing activities such as viewing arrangements.
  • Monitor tenancy expiry, renewal, and termination timelines.
  • Ensure all building-related documentation is up to date, including contracts, licenses, permits, and compliance certificates.
  • Assist in monitoring rental collection and arrears follow-up.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Property Manager, including updates on building conditions, tenant issues, and financial performance.
  • Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
