Job description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Preparation

• New SKU sales performance
• Inventory aging by category and department
• Out-of-stock (OOS) rates
• Supplier on-time delivery
• Product seasonality

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and reporting dashboards.

Purchase Order & Inventory Support

Assist in reviewing:

• New SKU purchase orders
• Campaign and promotional purchase orders
• Inventory levels for potential promotional activity

Verify order quantities against established guidelines and goods-needed limits

Documentation & Follow-up

• Record review decisions and required follow-up actions.
• Ensure timely communication with relevant departments where needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data or any degree with a statistical component.
• Good Excel skills and basic data handling experience.
• Familiarity with programming languages is a bonus.
• Comfortable working with numbers and reports.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams.
