AFA PROJECT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Executive Procurement to join our team on a contract basis in Batu Caves, Selangor. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required to support the company's operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategies and implement the purchasing process to align with the company policy
  • Lead Sourcing and selection of vendors via the purchasing process
  • Evaluate and compare vendor quotations and terms
  • Negotiating for the best term for the benefit of the company
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing purchasing terms
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business and marketing or other related field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the construction / highway industry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations, policies and best practice.
