Executive Personal Assistant to Group CEO

The Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) will provide high-trust, end-to-end support to the Group CEO, covering professional scheduling, confidential business administration, and selected personal matters. This role requires someone who is highly reliable, discreet, proactive, and comfortable being hands-on, including field-based tasks related to property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive & Secretarial Support: Manage the Group CEO's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments; coordinate meetings, calls, and reminders across multiple commitments; act as a trusted point of communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses; handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Personal & Administrative Matters: Liaison with banks, service providers, and government bodies (as required); track important deadlines, renewals, and payments to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Property & Rental Management (Hands-on): Support management of rental properties within Klang Valley, including rental collection, following up on late payments or arrears, handling tenant complaints and coordination with vendors, utility and related payment tracking; conduct on-site visits when required to resolve operational issues.
  • Basic Accounts & Record Keeping: Maintain simple records related to rental income and expenses, payments made and received; coordinate with accountants or external parties where necessary.
Skills & Experiences
  • Proven experience as an Executive PA, Personal Assistant, or Senior Secretary supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and dependable.
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role that includes administrative and field-based tasks.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive doer mindset; able to anticipate needs without constant direction.
  • Calm, firm, and professional when handling tenant issues or sensitive matters.
