Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure full vetting compliance for internal teams and vendors, including timely coordination of vetting certificate approvals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vetting records while providing status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile operational data and analyse monthly work orders for reporting and performance insights.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports, including KPIs and service performance summaries.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Manage vendor performance, including monitoring deliverables and addressing non-compliance or service issues.
  • Oversee work order and helpdesk processes, ensuring timely assignment, follow-up, and closure.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed findings and recommendations.
  • Support asset and inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Assist in emergency and incident response coordination while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Technical, Engineering, or Facility Management.
  • 1–3 years of total work experience, with up to 1 year of relevant exposure in technical, engineering, or facility management.
  • Technical background with basic understanding of facility operations, maintenance processes, and engineering concepts.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to prepare reports, presentations, and improvement plans.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with readiness to learn and grow in a technical/facility management environment.
