Job description

TheExecutive, Operation Management assists all operation facilitation in school and makes sure high standards of hygiene in the school, healthy food, and safe environment.

Responsibilities
Main Duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor and evaluate subordinates including security guards, cleaners, chef, cook assistants and drivers;
  • Orientate new operation staff regarding the school regulations, policies, procedures, and job responsibilities;
  • Develop, review and revise policies and procedures for operation staff ;
  • Make sure the subordinates abide by the regulations, policies and procedures;
  • Make weekly standby rotation schedule of the security guards;
  • Make weekly/monthly food menu schedule for chef;
  • Make the cleaning schedule for cleaners;
  • Conduct the daily and weekly checking using the daily and weekly checklist;
  • Check and facilitate during time in, time out, break time and lunchtime of the students to see whether the students are in order;
  • Deal with all complaints related to operation tasks;
  • Keep record of daily staff attendance and prepare and update staff profile;
  • Make a clear monthly work plan and monthly report to manager
  • Hold monthly department meeting keeping staff informed of all relevant activities.
  • Repair and maintenance of school facilities;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager
Requirement Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent certificate.
  • Experience in working with school and other institutions of at least two years; and male is a plus
  • Good management and leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of international school and school operations;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, stakeholder and suppliers;
  • Computer proficient in Ms. Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Internet and Email;
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and after-hours.
