About the Role

As an Executive, Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting trade order processing, issuing key sales documents, coordinating delivery planning, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. You will also be involved in generating reports, conducting reconciliations, and performing risk assessments to support business decisions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily trade orders including new sales and purchases.
  • Issue and manage Sales Orders, Sales Contract and Proforma Invoices.
  • Collaborate closely with overseas suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipment.
  • Create delivery orders and coordinate shipment effort using SAP.
  • Liaise with supplier and sales team on artwork confirmation.
  • Perform month-end reconciliation and stock reconciliation reports.
  • Generate operational reports and provide support to marketing and other departments.
  • Maintain and review departmental SOPs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance using system.
  • Perform miscellaneous errands and assist in operational requirements as needed.

Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Food Technology.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
