Job summary

A leading marketing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations at the Business Centre and BCKP outlets. Responsibilities include managing sales reporting, supporting outlet operations, ensuring compliance through audits, and handling international operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in business operations or retail management, is bilingual in Bahasa Melayu and English, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Applicants should be ready to travel internationally as necessary.

  • Manage daily operations of the Business Centre and BCKP.
  • Coordinate outlet support and administration tasks.
  • Ensure accurate daily sales reports and cash submissions.
  • Manage consignment stock for all BCKPs.
  • Conduct compliance audits at outlets.

Job description

This role is the main point of contact for the Business Centre and Key In Point (BCKP). It manages daily operations such as sales reporting, order processing, inventory, training, compliance audits, new outlet openings, and regular updates. The role also supports both local and overseas operations.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Branch Operations Management
  • Outlet Support: Manage and support all BCKP outlets, including daily operations, administration, deliveries, and new outlet setup and opening.
  • Sales & Finance: Ensure daily sales reports and cash submissions are accurate and complete.
  • Deliveries & Documents: Ensure all Delivery Orders are signed and returned. Verify outlet deposits and ensure they are approved by Finance.
  • Consignment Stock: Manage consignment stock for all BCKPs, including returns, top-ups, and proper documentation.
  • Compliance Audit: Conduct audits to ensure outlets follow company requirements.
  • Backend & Overseas Operations Supports
  • International Operations: Support and coordinate operational activities in other countries.
  • Other Tasks: Performing other related tasks delegated by the Operations Manager from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience.
  • Experience in Business Operations or Retail Management, preferably in the MLM/Direct Selling industry/ Retail or equivalent.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel internationally as and when required.

Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

Working days: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
