To support the marketing team in executing digital marketing strategies and creating engaging content that enhances brand visibility, drives online engagement, and generates leads. The role focuses on assisting in digital campaigns, content development, social media management and performance tracking to contribute to overall business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Execution – Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies across various online platforms, support the planning and execution of digital campaigns (paid ads, SEO, SEM, etc.) and track and monitor campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
  • Content Creation & Management – Create, write, and publish engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns, ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and SEO best practices & contribute to the development and maintenance of the content calendar.
  • Social Media Management – Manage daily activities on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), schedule and publish content, engage with followers, and monitor responses & assist in growing social media audiences and improving engagement rates.
  • Email Marketing Support – Assist in crafting email marketing content and campaigns, perform database segmentation and support in lead-nurturing initiatives & monitor email performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion), assist in preparing performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations & support in refining marketing activities based on data analysis.
  • Content Strategy Support – Research trends, competitors, and industry insights to support content planning, contribute ideas for content strategies aimed at audience engagement and lead generation & assist in optimizing content distribution across relevant channels.
  • Collaboration & coordination – Liaise with internal teams (designer, sales team, etc.) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, provide support in coordinating marketing assets for campaigns & maintain communication with external partners or vendors where necessary.
