Responsibilities
- Track and analyze performance metrics on TikTok and other platforms (views, reach, engagement, conversion, etc.)
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for content and live session improvements
- Identify content patterns that drive views and sales
2. TikTok Shop & Live Selling Optimization
- Monitor TikTok Shop trends, traffic, product performance, and competitors
- Support and analyze TT live selling sessions: peak times, engagement, host performance, etc.
- Provide recommendations to improve live session impact, content flow, and audience retention
- Work closely with the creative team to propose data-driven content ideas based on analytics
- Track hashtag and trending sound usage that align with EVELYN’s brand image
- Plan, monitor, and adjust social content calendar for EVELYN
4. Campaign Performance Monitoring
- Measure the effectiveness of promotions, product launches, and paid campaigns
- Recommend data-backed strategies for higher engagement and conversion
5. Audience Insights & Growth
- Understand audience behavior, preferences, and pain points to guide strategy
- Analyze follower growth, comments, and feedback to improve brand interaction
- Liaise with live hosts, content creators, and marketing team for seamless execution
- Coordinate live selling schedules and TT promotional activities with the internal team
Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media analysis, e-commerce, live selling, or TikTok marketing (fresh grads with strong TT background are welcome)
2. Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards, etc.)
- Familiar with TikTok Shop backend, analytics tools, and content creation mechanics
- Understanding of TikTok algorithm, trending formats, and consumer behavior
3. Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented with a data-first mindset
- Creative yet analytical – can balance between trend-catching and performance tracking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
4. Personality & Passion
- Passionate about cosmetics, beauty trends, and social commerce
- Eager to grow with a rising brand and take ownership in building EVELYN’s online presence
- Proactive, curious, and always keeping up with TikTok/e-commerce developments
5. Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience managing TikTok Shop or supporting live selling events
- Familiarity with cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry trends
- Canva or basic video editing skills
