Perform Leasing activity and Tenancy administration related matters of Sunway Malls.

Job Requirements
  • To plan and carry out direct leasing activities in order to maintain and develop new leases for Sunway Malls in accordance with business plans and carry out tenancy administration related matters including tenancy renewals to maintain the tenant occupancy for Sunway Malls.
  • Conducts market and competitor research, as well as customer surveys.
  • To assist in the negotiation process for new and renewals of tenancies
  • To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreements and renewal tenancies.
  • Monitors and reports on tenants’ activities
  • To prepare e-memo for new tenancy and renewal tenancy and other related tenancy matters.
  • To perform leasing and renewals of Push Carts within the Shopping Mall
  • To assist in rental collection.
  • To execute tenancy administration works in the most efficient manner.
  • To attend to Leasing division’s tenancy administration issues/enquiries and to assist them in drafting the appropriate changes in the leasing documents to protect the Landlord and conclude the negotiation deal.
  • To establish and maintain good contact and working relationships with Leasing division, legal advisors and tenants.
